Frequently Asked Questions:  <top>

How can new product lines be made available for school system purchasing?

Product lines are added primarily by School System Level Technology Coordinators. These coordinators may login and make their request using the “Product Line Requests’ link above.  Once a particular product line has been requested multiple times by school system that actually plan to purchase the product from the product line the ALJP Committee will begin the process of adding the product line to the ALJP program.  All school system requests must be made through this process.

How do service providers/vendors participate?

Interested vendors may sign up to be included in future announcements of bid activity by clicking on the "Prospective Vendors" link above and completing the online form.  Please keep in mind that State Law and ALJP bidding requirements requires that bidder actually have a current ISO 9001 certification.  Once the vendor has completed the form and verified the data entry an email will be sent to the provided email address during the bidding process.  Be sure email adress is correct and please do not combine email addresses.
