| Are all Authorized resellers required to
register prior to 6/22/2009 or at any date before a response to ITB
ALJJP2009 can be made? |
NO. ALJP Authorized Resellers (AR) can be included in a response to
ITB ALJP2009 upon the qualified bidder’s preference. An active
AR in the ALJP program will have to be registered before contract
sales can take place. Contract Holders will have the
capability of adding/registering these entities.

is a limit to the number of resellers a mfg. can add to the
contract? |
There hasn’t been a stated limit. Multiple pages can be used in the
response.

Out of respect for our
customers' privacy and time, We prefer to not provide contact
information in request for proposal documents. Once you are ready to
conduct reference interviews with our references/customers, our
marketing staff will schedule those on your behalf with specific
individuals at organizations that are in alignment with the
objectives of your program. Will this be satisfactory for the bid
or do we have to have ten references with name and contact
information at the time of the bid?

This will be accepted however, if competing
against other bidders that are fairly equal in all respects accept
they provided the list of references then they may have an
advantage. |
