This website has 3 Information tabs used by the participant. The site opens with the "Home" tab.  This page shows the Contract Information and a list of the Authorized Resellers provided by 3Com. You can only purchase from the contacts listed in this section.

To view the maximum price these resellers can charge under the ALJP2007 Contract you can click on the Network Equipment Pricing or the VOIP Equipment Pricing tabs depending on your needs. The original contract and bid documents do allow for additional discounts such as volume purchasing and other.

You must still obtain Purchase Orders from the choice reseller and all documentation should have the denotation of ALJP2007-0109.
